Know Your Mental Health Workshops

The ILRMH Advocacy Work Group is teaming up with legal clinics to provide mental health curriculum that would enhance current Know Your Rights training materials. Impacted participants will now gain useful legal information but will also receive information on how to manage stress, cope with anxiety and how to access services.
